Water Damage – Mount Juliet Closet
Water damage to this Mount Juliet closet was the result of a plumbing leak from the floor above. The water damage was so severe to the ceiling and walls that they had to be torn out to provide access to the wooden supports and studs. They were moisture compromised and needed sufficient drying. We were able to restore the door, but the molding had to be replaced. Commercial air moving equipment and dehumidifiers were used to aid in the drying process before moving to the reconstruction phase of the project.
