Mt Juliet Mold and Sewage Issues

The abandoned rental unit was in bad shape when our SERVPRO technicians entered to start the cleanup. The sewage had deposited biohazardous debris and the moisture allowed mold infestations to flourish. We donned full personal protection equipment to start the cleanup. All contaminated elements were wrapped in poly bags for tossing. The septic tank had been cleaned out and repaired by a partnering company so we could continue with the disinfecting, sanitizing, and deodorizing of this structure. It was a challenging task even for our IICRC certified applied microbial remediation techs to safely and effectively return this bathroom into a pleasant space. "Like it never even happened."
