Mount Juliet Nursing Facility Sprung a Leak
A common area restroom in this corridor flooded the wetted the commercial grade carpeting with clean water from a ruptured water line. Since there was no danger of contaminated water with a rapid cleanup, our SERVPRO of Wilson County technicians immediately got to work to remove the moisture from the flooring. We focused on wet vacuums to suction out the water and then we were ready to set up the drying equipment. The humidity was dropped to an acceptable level which improved the comfort level of the residents even as we saved the furnishings and floor material. Management was pleased with our nearly unintrusive efforts to restore the area to its pre-water damage condition.
