Mold Remediation in Lebanon

The mold growth developed over time from the slow drip of the cold water supply line to the washing machine in this Lebanon rental unit. The back drywall panel needed replacing. The removed baseboard was scraped clean, treated and would be replaced at the end of the service. Opening the wall was also required to deal with the infestation.  We cleaned up the colonies using HEPA filtered equipment to prevent mold spores from spreading. We also sealed off this area to keep the dust down, and the remainder of the duplex clean and uncontaminated. After spraying an antifungal agent on the exposed area and allowing it to dry, we primed the studs with a mildew and mold resistant primer.
